Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted on March 7, 2022. The on-site inspection was held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m and was held in collaboration with other agencies. At the time of arrival there were 50 children in the care of 9 staff members with 6 additional staff members available to assist if needed. There were 88 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Office of Child Care Health and Safety on March 4, 2022. The complaint was regarding Part VI (Programs) of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. Four staff members were interviewed. One child's record was reviewed.

If you have any questions, please contact the licensing inspector at (540) 280-0742.
