This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
An investigation, regarding a self-reported incident, was initiated on 03/07/2022 and concluded on 03/10/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas 8VAC20-780-340, 8VAC20-780-550 and 8VAC20-780-560.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
