An unannounced inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint received by The Department related to a Forbidden Action. The inspection was initiated on 03/22/2022 and concluded on 03/23/2022 with an exit interview. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
