An unannounced Health and Safety Subsidy inspection was conducted today. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as this SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
