A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/30/2022.There were 49 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 4, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, and special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-130-A Description: Based on record review, the center did not obtain documentation that one child received the immunizations required by the State Board of Health before the child began attending the center.
Evidence:
1. Immunizations in the record for Child #1 (start date 8/31/2021) were dated 9/23/2021.Plan of Correction: The immunizations were obtained and placed in the child's record. A day for turning in paperwork has been scheduled for families who have enrolled for the fall.
