Discussed the importance of receiving all documents from the administrative office that are required to be maintained at the center.
- Comments:

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 19 children with 4 staff were onsite. Two classrooms were utilized. Observations of both classrooms was made. Children were observed sitting in a circle listening to an audio book about rain. Handwashing procedures were observed prior to the children transitioning to snack time. The children were excited and discussing the egg hunt and the Easter Bunny. The classroom located upstairs was observed with children sitting at tables finishing their snack. The room had seedlings planted by the children. The children described the planting and stated that they were marigolds. A total of 4 children's records, medication and staff certifications were verified. Background checks and annual training are reviewed at the administrative office annually.
