Discussed while labeling the top of the infant bottle is okay, the standard is more intended on labeling the actual bottle so when the top is removed the bottle is still labeled.
Continue to rake the outside surfacing to maintain 6 inches of surfacing around the equipment. There was a lot of rubber surfacing that was observed in the grass area and closer to the border of the play area.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 4/14/2022 and concluded on 4/14/2022. There were a total of 52 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
