An unannounced visit was conducted to discuss the request for a capacity increase and an increase in the number of children allowed aged 2 1/2 and under. The facility has not added any additional square footage than was initially measured, thus a capacity increase is not being requested.
The program director indicated the request is to change the license stipulation to allow additional (total of 8) children ages 1 1/2 years and under.
