8VAC20-790 Subsidy Regulations.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/20/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:50am and ended at 10:50am. There were 6 staff with 31 children in 5 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed washing hands upon arrival, eating breakfast, receiving bottles, playing outside and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
