Discussed things the vendor will be doing after she is a subsidy approved vendor.
- Comments:

A new health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor does have a child in care but the child attends school in the morning. The vendors own toddler was present during the inspection. The areal being used for child care has lots of supplies for the children and a space for reading and circle time. The vendor will provide food but will not transport the children, she will take them on walks in the neighborhood. This inspection was started at 9:55 and ended at 11:20. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-260-A-3 Description: Based on the physical plant review , the vendor failed to have water in the sink used for children that does not exceed 120 degrees.
Evidence: The water temperature was measured at 122 degrees Fahrenheit at today's inspection.Plan of Correction: We will turn the water heater down a little bit and we will make sure children are supervised when washing hands so they use both cold and hot water. We have a safety cap on the door to keep children from access when not supervised.
