A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received in the Eastern Licensing Office regarding ratio and behavior guidance. Evidence was found to support the ratio allegation so this complaint is deemed to be valid.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-3 Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on observation, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that when there were two year old children in a group, there was one adult present for every eight children.
Evidence:
Upon arrival at the facility, there were eight children present with one adult..Plan of Correction: Director immediately moved a three year old child to a different room.
