An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/28/22 from 12:12pm to 1pm. There were no children in care, they had just left for the day upon arrival. The staff were cleaning the classrooms. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, no children's medications and medication authorization records were on site, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
