A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/09/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 3:15 p.m. and ended at 4:22 p.m. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 27 children with 2 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating snack, playing games on tablets, doing arts and crafts, and reading. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
