Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Leesburg, Virginia. Any observed standards found to be out of compliance would be cited in a violation notice issued at that time.

Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 2:30pm and 4:14pm. There was 1 class observed with a total of 51 children with 3 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving from school and greeting CASA staff, participating in roll call, eating snack, working on homework and playing outside. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
