Discussed with the director that most of the rooms have some degree of wear and tear to the drywall, and marks and dents that need to be repaired before they start peeling, and becoming a licensing violation.

An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted today in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations supervision, quantity and quality of staff, records. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid. Please complete the columns for 'description of action to be taken' and 'date to be corrected' for each violation cited on the violation notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office within 10 business days. 1 - 1 uncovered outlet in the bathroom in the junior preschool room and 2 in the "circle time" area.
