A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children with 2 staff supervising. The physical plant, menu's, children's records, staff records, first aid kits, evacuation logs, attendance logs and emergency preparedness plan were reviewed. The children were observed working on art project and playing with table toys. The information gathered during this inspection, determined no violations of applicable standards or law.
