A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/17/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:40am and ended at 9:10am. There were 4 staff members at the time of the visit and no children. Children's records, staff records, the physical plant, emergency preparedness procedures and materials, and evacuation drills were reviewed. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
