A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/12/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:30pm-2:30pm. There were 48 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by
12 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were
inspected. Children were observed reading books, practicing tummy time and napping. There was an adequate supply of materials for the
children. The center was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
