A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. The program's supervisor was contact by email and submitted remote documents for review. There were no children and staff present at this program due to closure. The inspector review annual inspection documents available for this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
