A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 24, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 12:00 pm through 1:25 pm. Upon arrival, there were 60 children ranging in ages from 3 months through 5 with 12 staff supervising. Five children records were reviewed and one new staff record was reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
