Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/1/2022. 44 children were directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, 2 new staff records, required posted documents, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and injury reports were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed eating lunch (pizza, salad, bananas and milk), participating in story time activities, preparing for nap and engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. For questions regarding this inspection, please contact Stephanie.salvatori@doe.virginia.gov
