The Licensing Inspector conducted an investigation in response to a self reported incident that was received by the licensing office on 05/20/2022. Interviews were conducted with staff , policies and procedures were reviewed, and other records were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations of forbidden actions, behavioral guidance, children's records, and parental involvement.
