An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to determine the center's compliance with licensing standards on Monday June 6, 2022. The inspection began at 9:40 AM and concluded at 11:53 AM. The center's director assisted the inspector throughout the inspection. The census for today's inspection consisted of 115 children in care and 20 staff supervising. During the tour, the inspector observed the children, coloring, playing with blocks, participating in a science activity, playing on the playground, tummy time, and interacting with peers and staff. The inspector observed all 10 classrooms, playgrounds and restrooms. Staff were observed interacting with children in a positive manner and the inspector interviewed staff and children when time allowed. The classrooms are equipped with age and stage appropriate materials. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. The required postings were inspected and found to be in compliance. Liability insurance, health inspection, and drills were all in compliance. There were ten children's and nine staff records reviewed. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
