A Subsidy and Health Safety inspection was conducted on 5/27/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:15 am and ended 11:21 am. There were 13 children present with two staff. Five children's records and one staff record was reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. If you have questions, please call your inspector are 276-608-2283.
