A complaint inspection was conducted on June 15, 2022. There were sixty-eight children present, ranging in ages from infants to age five, with thirteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming, special care/emergencies and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-F Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on observation and interview, facility did not ensure when meals or snacks are provided that there is a posted daily menu or one provided to parents, showing foods served for the current week.
Evidence: The menu was not posted for the current week. Program Director stated a copy for the current week was not provided to the parents.Plan of Correction: Program director will have the cook print out the weekly menu and post it in the front entrance today.
