An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:15am-12:45pm. There were 30 children (3 to 5 years-old) directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, working on crafts, playing with blocks, coloring and playing on the playground. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
