Reminder to conduct two shelter-in-place drills for the year.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 11:57 AM and ending at 1:36 PM. There were 29 children, ages 3 through 12 years old, in the care of 3 staff members. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys and games. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/23/22. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/9/21. The fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
