Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:50 am to 11:50 am. There were 8 children with 2 staff members. The children were observed engaged in theme related art activities and eating lunch. Hand washing before lunch was observed. Food from home was labeled. 4 staff records, 2 children's records, attendance and emergency plans were reviewed. There were no medications on site.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-A
Description: Based on records review, the center did not obtain results of the central registry search for an agent, every five years.
Evidence: Results of Agent # 1's most recent central registry search expired on 5/24/21. A repeat search was not completed every five years.

Plan of Correction: The central registry form for Agent # 1 was mailed on 6/22/22. The center will follow up with the licensing inspector once the results have been obtained.
