Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on June 29, 2022 from 12:08 p.m. through 3:20 p.m. There were thirty-nine children in the care of eight staff. . Four children records, two staff records, and one medication authorizations were reviewed and updated. Areas observed were: educational center activities, lunch, outside play, transition, hand washing/diapering procedures and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
