June 23 all staff were trained on what site and sound policy means and looks like. They were also told what consequences it will bring if they leave a child unattended.

June 23 staff member # 1 was trained by the owner on how to verbally make sure the person is aware you are leaving the class. Never to assume that the person knows you are leaving.

June 29 purchased walkie-talkies for each classroom so that they have another way to call the Director if they need someone to come in to cover in the classroom.

July 8 a new policy will be put into place regarding how to ensure a verbal conversation communicates the fact that the person is leaving the class if they are covering.
