An allegation was received by the Fairfax Licensing Office concerning care of children. Interviews with staff, observation of physical space, a review of records as well as the center diapering procedures were conducted. Based on the preponderance of evidence gathered during the inspection it was determined that no violations had occurred with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
