Clarified the standards related to centers following the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on July 5, 2022 and concluded on July 27, 2022. There were 40 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, special service, staffing and supervision and staff qualifications.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
