An unannounced inspection was conducted from 3:00- 4:10. There were 2 children in care and the Vendor's own children for a total of 6 points. The Vendor has been given Level 2 Virginia Quality certification, is MAT certified,and works with The Campagna program.Records for the 2 enrolled children were reviewed and deemed complete. Daily Attendance, Emergency Drills, menu, and Emergency plan were posted and deemed current. Vendor keeps a monthly record to indicate if anyone enrolled has a food allergy and/or medication needs.
