Please remember that children with persistent behavioral problems must be documented in the child's file and the steps the center took in an effort to address those issues.

A complaint was received involving behavioral guidance and supervision of children. The investigation was conducted in conjunction with the local department of social services and law enforcement. Observation, Interviews, a review of record keeping and video recordings were conducted on 7/22/22 and 7/26/22 and the complaint was determined to be invalid.
