A self reported incident involving allegations pertaining to staff and programming was received on 07/29/2022. An investigation was initiated on 08/03/2022 and completed on 08/09/2022. Staff interviews were conducted, staff records and staff written statements were reviewed and an observation of the Toddler playground was made. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the self report was determined Not Valid.
