An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/10/2022. There were 6 children, ages 3 years-5years and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 6 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during breakfast, circle time and active time on the playground. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:15am and departed the center at 10:00am.
