An unannounced non-mandated inspection was initiated on 07/26/2022 and concluded on 07/26/2022. The purpose of the inspection was to investigate a complaint that stated the facility did not retain proper attendance records. One staff member was interviewed.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
