An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 08/23/2022. The inspector interviewed 3 staff members and reviewed 1 child?s record during the investigation. The inspector arrived at 1:00 pm and departed at 1:40 pm. Information gathered during the complaint inspection determined the complaint to be Not Valid. No violations were issued.
