A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 08/24/22 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There were 4 classrooms observed with a total of 14 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed participating in free play and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Staff #3?s (start date: 08/25/2014) preservice training was dated 07/14/2019. Staff #3 did not take the annual health and safety update course.Plan of Correction: I will have the staff complete the course.
