8VAC20-790 Subsidy Regulations

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:45pm. There were 10 staff with 55 children in 7 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing on the playground, transitioning activities and eating lunch. Staff and children's records and emergency preparedness procedures. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A sample of 7 medications and authorizations were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
