8VAC20-790 Subsidy Regulations.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted beginning 8/24/2022 and ending 8/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 36 children were present with 4 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: reading books, doing homework, and engaging in a group game running around the gym. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 1 medication, and 4 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
