Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-2
Complaint related: Yes
Description: Based on observation and record reviews the center failed to ensure that the staff to child ratio was met whenever children are in care.
Evidence:
On 8/18/2022 in the toddler/two's room there were six children with one staff. The youngest of the six was 23 months old, (DBO 9/5/2020).
The ratio for this age group should follow the ratio for 16 months up to 24 months which is one staff to five children.

Plan of Correction: The director and staff will ensure that ratios are met at all times, in all classes.
