Standard #: 8VAC20-820-120-E-5 Description: Based on observation and interview, the Notice of Intent (NOI) regarding intermediate sanctions was not posted in a prominent place at each public entrance of the facility.
Evidence: During the inspection, the licensing inspector asked to view where the Notice of Intent (NOI) was posted in the facility. A member of management and the licensing inspector went to view the postings located at the front entrance of the building. The NOI was not posted.
