An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:40 am-11:45 am. Child to staff ratios were found to be in compliance. The physical plant, staff records, child records, medication administration, evacuation drills supplies and procedures were reviewed. Children were observed building with legos, creating picture frames, comic stories and preparing to go swimming. Hand washing and cleaning routines were also observed.

Description: Based upon observation, when food was brought from home, food container was not clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

Evidence: A lunch from home was not dated or labeled with child's name.

Plan of Correction: We will check that they are all labeled.
