An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on site on 05/16/2022. The inspectors arrived at 12:00 PM and departed at 1:45 P.M. A complaint was received in the licensing office on 04/29/2022. The preponderance of evidence of physical abuse was not supported and the complaint was not valid.
