An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/13/2022 from 12:15 pm-2:00 pm. There were 6 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 volunteer records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in outdoor group play. No violations were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
