An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 09/15/2022. There were 65 children, ages 2 years-4 years, 14 staff members providing direct supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies, special services and background checks. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: emergency supplies and model forms. The children were observed during arrival, meal time, teacher initiated activities, free choice activities, outdoor time and rest time. A total of 6 children?s records, 5 staff records, 5 agent/officer records and 5 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non- compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Evidence: The record for Staff 1 documented a hire date of 1/25/2022. There were no findings from a search of the central registry available for review.
