Consultation was given on children leaving the program area unsupervised at the initial ispection. All children must be picked up by an authorized pickup person or dropped off to the apt to an authorized pickup. Children are not allowed to leave unsupervised.
Personal purses must be kept inaccessible to children and not accessible in the kitchen area. The written emergency plan should address each staff member's responsibility in case of an emergency and be listed on the plan. The plan needs to be at the site.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the Conditional licensure period. Sixteen children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Observed reading, group time and book club. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
