An unannounced inspection was conducted from 1225- 1:00. The Vendor was present with 1 child ( 2 years old) for a total of 2 points. The Vendor has all paperwork maintained and organized and was observed playing with the child. Emergency drills are current and documented. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. Vendor stated two school aged children come but they did not come today. Vendor stated they came yesterday.
2, Attendance did not include the arrival and departure for the two children on 1/15/2020.Plan of Correction: I will include. I just missed it.
