Provided consultation on standard:
1) 560J: tables shall be sanitized before and after each use for feeding. ?Sanitized? means treated in such a way to remove bacteria and viruses from inanimate surfaces through using a disinfectant solution (i.e. bleach water). The surface of the item is sprayed with the disinfectant solution and allowed to air dry on the surface for a minimum of two minutes.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:30 - 4:00 pm with staff. There were 26 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, present with two staff supervising. Children were eating snack, washing hands and playing in centers. Snack served today: goldfish and grapes. Two onsite staff records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary preferences, two child records and the fire and health inspections. One medication was reviewed along with an allergy care plan and authorization form, and two staff have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT).
